These chocolate chips are specially made for Cravings Bakery using only the best Direct Trade locally grown beans. Grown in Africa and made in Africa. Our chocolate chips are beautifully dark and rich, with slight floral and fruity notes - truly the best with which I have worked. 

Direct Trade chocolate promotes an ethical relationship between cocoa farmers and chocolate makers, leaving out the middle-man. An added benefit is that local farmers are empowered and invested in the economy.

Our 70% dark chocolate chips are perfect for using in baking, as a snack or in your favourite granola. They can also be used for melting and coating to make delicious homemade chocolates.
